The recent proliferation of wealth in the emerging nations, most notably China, has created an explosion of capital investment into the United States, primarily by foreign investors from the Asian Pacific region. The EB-5 visa is a burgeoning topic of discussion among finance professionals looking to capitalize on this growing group of investors. David Hirson, Esq, a nationally recognized authority on EB-5 immigration law, will present on the EB-5 visa’s history and investment trends both locally in Southern California and nationally. Hirson will also explore the future of EB-5 visa investments and what possible opportunities may rise with the growing Asian wealth market.
