Please join us for a wine tasting and curated grazing selection in a private residence in Playa del Rey for a selection of Seven Oxen Estate Wines. For this private tasting, Winemaker Bastien and Hospitality Manager Tori will guide guests through five wines from the current releases. Throughout the tasting, they will share the story of Seven Oxen, the philosophy behind farming and winemaking on the estate, and the background behind each wine. We look forward to spending the evening with you and sharing a taste of Paso Robles.
About Seven Oxen:

Seven Oxen Estate Wines is a small production winery from Paso Robles, California. Our wines are rooted in a single estate vineyard where we proudly farm our certified organic grapes. We grow mostly Rhône varieties, a natural fit for our winemaker Bastien Leduc, who grew up in France and came to California about fifteen years ago. Working with these varieties allows him to stay connected to the grapes and traditions that remind him of home, while crafting wines that reflect the character and energy of Paso Robles.
