MODERATOR

AJ Mildenberg, CFA, CAIA | AJ is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Dibbs, a Los Angeles based Web3 fintech company. In this role, he is responsible for leading the finance team, developing and executing financial strategies, and managing operations.

AJ is also a passionate mentor and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the financial industry. He was elected to be the Chairman of the Fintech Advisory Council for CFA Los Angeles and has volunteered as a mentor in the CFALA mentorship program for the past several years.

Prior to Dibbs, AJ led the finance team at FarmFundr, an equity investment platform for real estate development projects. He also worked in data analytics and consulting at Wilshire Associates. AJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. Back To Top ^^

Arturo Gonzalez, Ph.D | Arturo Gonzalez Director at NERA in the Energy, Entertainment, Communications and Internet practice. A PhD economist, he has over two decades of experience in academia, government, and industry, including senior leadership positions at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Meta, and Visa. He has also held notable positions at the Office of Comptroller of the Currency (U.S. Treasury), Ernst & Young, and the Public Policy Institute of California. Arturo is an economics expert in the areas of Technology (AI, data, the Internet), Markets (IP, competition and regulation), Financial Services (FinTech, fair lending, anti-money laundering). Along with a strong academic publication record, Arturo’s academic achievements include receiving tenure at the University of Arizona and research affiliations with IZA (Bonn, Germany) and Carlos III university (Madrid, Spain). Arturo serves as an official Member of the University of California, Santa Barbara Alumni Board of Directors and the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Clinton School of Public Service. He has been recognized over the years for his accomplishments, including by UCLA Anderson School of Management & The Richard Riordan Programs (2022 Riordan Hall of Fame inductee & 2017 Legacy Award recipient). Min Zhang, CFA | Min Zhang, CFA, founded ConsciousCo, an AI content creation platform that aims to reduce the environmental footprint of human activities. One of AI chatbots under development is designed to offer affordable financial advice and referrals to everyone.

Previously, Min cofounded a neobank that aimed to protect savers in emerging markets against severe currency devaluation. She had over 15 years of experience in investment, marketing, and product management at Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, Pacific Life, Causeway Capital, Lehman Brothers, Nutmeg, and her wealth-tech startup Totum Risk.

Min earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB double major in computer science and economics with honors from Dartmouth College. She also holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and the Caltech AI and Machine Learning certificate. Back To Top ^^
