An Alternative Investment Advisory Council Sponsored Event

The path to public markets has fundamentally shifted. Today, institutional investors are capturing immense value long before an initial public offering ever occurs—particularly in high-stakes sectors like AI infrastructure, defense tech, aerospace, biotech, and advanced sciences. This symposium provides a practical framework for identifying, evaluating, and accessing late-stage private market opportunities.

  • Market Forces: Analyze the surge in secondary market liquidity and institutional demand for innovation.
  • The Private Playbook: Master the structural differences in valuation, governance, and disclosure between public and private equities.
  • Growth Anatomy: Examine how unicorns like Databricks, Anthropic, and Anduril scale rapidly while staying private.
  • Risk & Exit Frameworks: Build a rigorous model for evaluating late-stage deals and plotting pathways to liquidity.
