Join us for a 60-minute sound bath to relax and explore Presence, a journey that will guide you to embrace the here and now. This will be an immersive experience where you'll be guided through meditation while listening to a variety of sounds (crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes).  Sound baths create a calm and relaxing space for you to connect with yourself and be a witness to your thoughts and emotions. Many find sound baths reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase focus. You'll be lying down for the duration of the experience and all are welcome (no experience necessary).

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing to support relaxation.

• A yoga mat, cushion, or anything that helps you feel at ease during the session.

• An open mind and a willingness to embrace the present moment
