He also hosts the For Fintech's Sake Podcast and has a decade of experience in fintech startups and banking. He co-founded V-Sum, held executive roles at NBKC Bank, Fountain City Fintech Accelerator and Fintech Strategist, and has a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Missouri. Ellen Carney | Ellen is a Principal Analyst serving financial services technology decision makers in roles such as CIOs and Enterprise Architects in insurance and wealth, investment, and asset management industries. Her research focuses on the technology decisions that financial services firms are investing in, including core platforms modernization and replacement and the integration of emerging technologies with legacy systems to drive better digital experiences and improved operational efficiency. Matt Canzoneri | Matt Canzoneri has spent his career in tech, venture capital, and private equity. He was the first hire at Preact (acquired by Spotify in 2016) where he developed, executed, and operationalized the go-to-market strategy. Post-acquisition, he got his MBA from Northwestern while working at multiple VC firms. Ed brings more than 25 years of experience spanning investment and insurance products, including sales, distribution, clearing, and general management.
