In our third and final session, we will identify actionable ways for you to surf the inevitable ups and downs of your journey toward achieving holistic success. Getting to where you want to go isn't easy. The destination sometimes changes with material new information, and there will be inevitable setbacks. In this part, we will discuss the process of coaching yourself to get unstuck so you can sustain your upward trajectory. At the end of this session you will take away:
  • The patterns that prevent us from reaching our most desired goals
  • The mindset shifts needed to go from preventing us from achieving our goals to promoting our ability to achieving our goals
  • The 5 steps to coaching yourself through any situation
  • How you can help others practice the same process to create collective success

After these 3 sessions, you will have not only the mindset to thrive through change, but you will develop the skills needed to do so sustainably.
