A Santa Barbara Group Sponsored Event

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Many succession and estate plans miss the mark by failing to address the individual, family, and business “qualitative” issues necessary to produce future family harmony and business enterprise longevity. Traditional planning may not provide the adequate structure to allow for family dynamics to be built in for optimal tax efficiency. Do the qualitative and tax efficiency issues collide? The greatest threat to a family’s wealth may not be tax driven. Several non-tax/trust issues should be incorporated into a “living” succession and estate plan for your multigenerational family clients.

George Isaac, a prior Gen 3 family business CEO, Deloitte Consulting Partner, author and consultant, will discuss his nine-step succession planning process from his Amazon #1 new release rated book, Your Business, Your Family, Your Legacy: Building a Multigenerational Family Business That Lasts, and share best practices to implement these critical planning issues into your client planning projects.

George A. Isaac | George Isaac is the founder and President of GAI Capital Ltd. and provides specialized management consulting services limited to family businesses and family offices. Isaac is a prior Gen 3 family business CEO, Deloitte Consulting Partner, and member of fifteen public and private corporate boards.
