John Jongdoo Ahn | John Ahn serves as the President at Great American Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Ahn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Riley Investment Management, LLC and in March 2004, joined B. Riley and Co. Inc., as a registered representative, where he managed a hedge fund. Mr. Ahn served as the President and Head of Corporate Finance at B. Riley & Co., LLC. Prior to joining Riley Investment Management, LLC in 2005, he served as a Managing Director at Maxcor Financial Group in its high yield and distressed bond group, from March 2003 to January 2004. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Partner at Standard Capital Group Inc. from 1995 to 2003. From 1990 to 1995, he specialized in trading distressed bonds and bank loans at several boutique broker-dealer firms including Butler & Associates, Rivkin & Company and Dabney Resnick. From 1987 to 1990, he worked at Security Pacific Bank as a Trader in the loan syndications area, where he was responsible for loan portfolio of investment grade and high yield bank loans. He has more than 27 years of experience in capital markets and financial advisory services. He has extensive experience in capital raising, trading and sales of distressed debt and equities. He has been a Director of Hanmi Financial Corporation since December 1, 2014. He serves as on the Board of Korea Finance Society. He served as a Director of MAIR Holdings Inc. since February 2007 and an Independent Director of Townsquare Media, Inc. from September 14, 2007 to April 27, 2010. He has wide range of experience in capital raising, trading and sales of distressed debt and equities. Mr. Ahn has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College in 1987. Craig Enenstein | Craig Enenstein founded Corridor Capital, LLC in September 2005 to pursue control investments in lower middle market buyouts. Leveraging his operating and investment experience, Craig approaches investing as an active partner. Craig developed Corridor Capital to be a strategic and operational partner to the companies in which it invests and to work closely with the management and boards of directors of those companies.
Prior to launching Corridor Capital, Craig led transactions for Omninet Capital, Liberty Digital and Knowledge Universe where he completed over two dozen private equity and venture capital investments across a wide range of industries. He developed a reputation for working closely with management of the portfolio companies to assist in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions sourcing and execution, capital access and structuring, operations restructuring and business planning. Prior to joining Knowledge Universe, Craig was a strategy consultant with L.E.K. Consulting and Bain and Company.
Craig currently serves on the boards of CCT Holdco, LLC, Circuitronics EMS Holdings, LLC, Connecting Point Holdings, LLC, Consolidated Flooring, LLC, IE Food Holdings, LLC, IOP Holdings, LLC and NPAS Holdings, LLC. He also serves on the board of Naspers Limited, Wharton Graduate Executive Board of Directors, Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and MAKE IT IN LA. He has also served on the board of directors of AirPrime, Inc., Arrowsight, Inc., CDI Holdco, LLC, food.com, Game Show Network, LLC, MIH Holdings, Ltd., NameSafe, LLC, OpenTV, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPTV), Paramount Scaffold, Inc. TIR Systems, Limited (TSX: TIR) and TrashMasters, LLC. He served on the Wharton Alumni Executive Board of Directors for over 10 years (serving as President, Chairman and Chairman Emeritus for 7). Craig is an active member of Young Presidents' Organization. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. Matthew G. Frankel | Matthew Frankel joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2010 and participates in the due diligence and analysis of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of LLCP portfolio companies.
Prior to joining LLCP, he was a Vice President with American Capital, a publicly-traded leveraged buyout and mezzanine fund. His previous experience includes working as an investment banker for a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jeremy R. Holland | Jeremy Holland is a Managing Partner at The Riverside Company, leading the firm’s Origination team and all deal sourcing activities. Mr. Holland originates new investment opportunities for Riverside globally, helping Riverside to be among the world’s most active private equity firms. He has 20 years of private equity experience.
Mr. Holland works across six global fund families, which make control and non-control investments in companies of all sizes up to $400 million in enterprise value. In addition, Mr. Holland is the industry sector head for Riverside’s franchising specialization.
Before joining Riverside, Mr. Holland was a principal with Vintage Fund Management. Prior to Vintage Fund Management, he was a principal with Wedbush Capital and an associate with Buttonwood Capital Group.
