Part 2 of 3 in our Coaching Yourself to Success During Volatile Times: A Three-Part Series.

In our second session, we will pick up from the first session and help you to create clarity on what personalized holistic success looks like for you, and how you can move towards it. At the end of this session you will take away:
  • A concrete outcome of where you want to go in various dimensions of your life - from career to health, to relationships
  • An honest understanding of where your gaps are
  • The first tangible steps that will allow you to move toward your ideal outcome
  • The core barriers that will get in your way to achieving
  • Underlying and everlasting skills you will need to achieve your ideal outcome through constant change

Concluding this session, you will understand where you are today and what you value, where you want to go, the barriers to success, and the underlying skills that will help you to stay resilient through constant change.

SPEAKERS
Prakash Raman | Prakash coaches CEOs and executives at leading companies (e.g. LinkedIn, Discord, ServiceNow). He focuses on helping his clients continue to strive for exceptional results, while also learning to be content in the now. His influences range from mentors like Marshall Goldsmith (World’s #1 Exec Coach and Bestselling Author) and Fred Kofman (CEO coach and Leadership advisor at tech firms such as LinkedIn and Google), to current research on high performance (e.g. Carol Dweck's Mindset) to timeless wisdom of ancient texts (e.g. Vedanta). He shares his learnings on performance & mindfulness at a range of places, including Fortune 500 companies, Lynda.com and Stanford GSB (facilitating Leading with Mindfulness and Compassion course to 2nd yr MBAs). Prior to coaching, Prakash worked on Wall Street (Merrill Lynch), a non-profit (focused on corporate diversity), brand management (Kraft), a failed startup (Miso) and big tech (LinkedIn).
