He focuses on helping his clients continue to strive for exceptional results, while also learning to be content in the now. His influences range from mentors like Marshall Goldsmith (World’s #1 Exec Coach and Bestselling Author) and Fred Kofman (CEO coach and Leadership advisor at tech firms such as LinkedIn and Google), to current research on high performance (e.g. Carol Dweck's Mindset) to timeless wisdom of ancient texts (e.g. Vedanta). He shares his learnings on performance & mindfulness at a range of places, including Fortune 500 companies, Lynda.com and Stanford GSB (facilitating Leading with Mindfulness and Compassion course to 2nd yr MBAs). Prior to coaching, Prakash worked on Wall Street (Merrill Lynch), a non-profit (focused on corporate diversity), brand management (Kraft), a failed startup (Miso) and big tech (LinkedIn).
