Asha B. Joshi, CFA | Asha Joshi is a Managing Director at Payden & Rygel. Asha is a member of the firm’s Investment Policy committee and board of directors. She is a Senior Portfolio Manager serving institutional clients including public plans, corporations, universities and endowments. She also chairs the firm’s Best Execution Committee.
Prior to joining Payden & Rygel, Asha was vice president, Global Capital Markets at CIBC/Wood Gundy and previously, vice president at First Interstate Bank, Ltd where she was responsible for risk management of the Bank’s derivatives portfolio.
Asha currently serves as Chair on the board of the California Council on Economic Education. She also serves on the Advisory Board of UCLA Anderson’s Social Impact Center. Asha is a past president of the CFA® Society of Los Angeles and a member of the CFA® Institute.
Asha earned an MBA, with an emphasis in finance, and an MA degree from UCLA the year that she was a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Fellow. She received an undergraduate degree with the highest honors from Bangalore University in India. Back To Top ^^
Peter W. Palfrey, CFA | Peter Palfrey is a Vice President of Loomis, Sayles & Company and Portfolio Manager for the Loomis Sayles Fixed Income group. With over 35 years of investment management experience, Mr. Palfrey co-manages the Loomis Sayles core plus portfolios. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 2001, he worked for Back Bay Advisors as senior vice president and portfolio manager. He also served previously at MONY Capital Management as investment vice president and portfolio manager.

Tad Rivelle | Tad Rivelle is Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income, overseeing over $180 billion in fixed income assets, including $95 billion of fixed income mutual fund assets under the TCW Funds and MetWest Funds brands. Prior to joining TCW, Tad served as Chief Investment Officer for MetWest, an independent institutional investment manager that he cofounded. The MetWest investment team has been recognized for a number of performance related awards, including Morningstar’s Fixed Income Manager of the Year. Mr. Rivelle was also the co-director of fixed income at Hotchkis & Wiley and a portfolio manager at PIMCO. Tad holds a BS in Physics from Yale University, an MS in Applied Mathematics from University of Southern California, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Back To Top ^^
Anne B. Walsh, CFA | Anne Walsh is Chief Investment Officer for Fixed Income at Guggenheim Partners, where she is responsible for meeting the return and risk needs of the firm’s fixed income clients, including insurance companies, corporate and public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, consultants, wealth managers, and high net worth investors. In her role she oversees all elements of portfolio design, strategy, sector allocation, and risk management of fixed income portfolios, as well as conveying Guggenheim’s macroeconomic outlook to portfolio managers and fixed income sector specialists. She also serves as head of the Portfolio Construction Group and Portfolio Management team. Walsh oversees more than $185 billion in fixed income investments. She has over 30 years of experience in investment management.
