An Education Committee Sponsored Event - Part of the Cognitir Tech Skills Training Programming Track
Overview
Python is an extremely powerful general-purpose programming language. It is used for data science and machine learning projects, web development, and software development. Given the ubiquitous use of Python for a variety of tasks as well as its global support, it has become one of the world's most popular languages - up there with Java, C, and C++.
In this introductory training, participants will build a core foundation in the Python programming language and how to use it for various projects. This is a hands-on course where attendees will be in development environments used by practitioners and actively programming. The course concludes with a hands-on project that cohesively ties together all the covered concepts.
Attendees can use either a Mac or Windows computer for this workshop.
