Originally enacted to stimulate job growth and local economies in the United States, the EB-5 immigration visa has been available to foreign investors seeking a green card since 1990. The recent proliferation of wealth in the emerging nations, most notably China, has created an explosion of capital investment into the United States, primarily by foreign investors from the Asian Pacific region. David Hirson, Esq, a nationally recognized authority on EB-5 immigration law, will present on the EB-5 visa’s history and investment trends both locally in Southern California and nationally. Hirson will also explore the future of EB-5 visa investments and what possible opportunities may rise with the growing Asian wealth market.
