The most successful investment management professionals know how to get past the five Ps discussion about their own products and into the core of who their prospects really are, and how best to communicate with them. By asking revealing questions and really listening, these top performers know how to build higher levels of trust, and thus, enjoy greater success than the rest. In today’s volatile market environment, where client trust is more important than ever, these skills are critical.
This session will teach you how to harness the powers of emotional intelligence and effective messaging so you can create:
* Better first impressions
* Faster connections
* More compelling cases for your firm’s investment products and services
* Greater sales and client servicing success for yourself and your organization.
* Higher levels of trust with prospects and clients, as well as with co-workers
* Lasting relationships
This high-energy event will include workshop and networking activities, so plan to bring extra business cards – you will need them!
