CFALA's 90th Annual Meeting of the Members

In accordance with the Bylaws, notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members of CFA Society Los Angeles, Inc., to be held 5:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, in a virtual meeting, is hereby given.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect officers and members of the Board of Governors and to transact such other business that properly comes before the meeting. The meeting is open to all Regular, Affiliate, Associate, and Retired members of the Society and all non-retired members are eligible to vote.

In addition to finalizing the election of the officers and members of the 2021-2022 Board of Governors, please join us as we celebrate the 90th anniversary of CFA Society Los Angeles. We are thrilled to offer members the opportunity to have a bottle of champagne, Reserve Brut from Chandon, delivered to their homes, so that we can have a (virtual) celebratory champagne toast together.

Student and Review Program Candidate Access members are not eligible to attend the Annual Meeting of the Members.
