Paul S. Schulten, CFA, conducts investment review, research and analysis of the performance of asset-backed securities (ABS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Mr. Schulten also researches and analyzes servicers, financial guarantors, domestic and foreign banks, broker-dealer counterparties, and sovereign debt.
Mr. Schulten currently works at Western Federal Credit Union. Prior to joining WesCorp, he traded Alt-A mortgage pools for Ameriquest Mortgage Company. He has also worked in the portfolio management area of Well Fargo Bank. Mr. Schulten holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and the CFA charter.
