Jeremy Siegel, Ph.D. | Jeremy Siegel is an internationally recognized expert economist and the Russel E. Palmer Emeritus Professor of Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Ph.D. from M.I.T. and taught for four years at the University of Chicago before joining the Wharton faculty in 1976. He has written and lectured extensively about the economy and financial markets, monetary policy and interest rates, and stock and bond returns. His expertise and commentaries are highly sought-after; he is an author and frequent contributor to academic journals and the financial news media. His book, Stocks for the Long Run, was named by The Washington Post as one of the 10 best investment books of all time.

Jeremy is an accomplished teacher too. In 1994, he received the highest teaching rating in a ranking of business school professors conducted by BusinessWeek magazine. Jeremy also won the Helen Kardon Moss Anvil Award for outstanding MBA teaching, and the Lindback outstanding university teaching Award.

Jeremy is considered among the most brilliant minds in economics and financial markets. He has been courted by nearly every Wall Street firm as a consultant and lecturer and has appeared on CNBC, PBS, Wall Street Week, and NPR. He currently serves as WisdomTree’s Senior Investment Strategy Advisor and collaborates on WisdomTree’s funds and model portfolios.
