CFALA and LACERA are happy to collaborate on our first DEI Virtual Conference. We will be highlighting the best practices learned from our first two roundtable discussions on Governance/Sponsorship and Program Architecture/KPIs. We will also be learning more about CFA Institute’s development of a DEI Code and updates on their Experimental Partner Research.

Join us for a fireside chat between LACERA Chief Investment Officer, Jonathan Grabel, and Clearlake Capital Group Managing Partner, Jose Feliciano, as they discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the institutional investment management landscape. Both speakers will bring unique perspectives to what DEI leadership means for their organizations along with some personal insights on their journey towards leadership.
