Part 1 of 3 in our Coaching Yourself to Success During Volatile Times: A Three-Part Series.

MEMBERS-ONLY RECORDING

In our first session, we will establish a stronger foundation for success by defining our individual value systems, which is the origin of our deepest desires, whether we realize it or not. In so doing, we will have the tools to remain mindful and centered as we navigate a sea of distractions. You will be able to take away:
  • An understanding of our current state of living in a VUCA world
  • Overview of Locus of Control, and how it impacts our ability to thrive through change
  • The outsized benefits to coaching yourself, and why it matters more in volatile times
  • A tangible understanding of your most important Personal Values

With this, you will have the foundation needed to be able to thrive through change. Specifically, you will be able to better understand the context of the world we're in right now, know that you have a lot more power than you think to tilt the scales in your favor, and personal values that can enable you to have tangible language to make decisions with.
