Join us for the Women in Finance – The Value of Credentials webinar, featuring Kristen Schriver, Recruiter/Owner of Investment Management Recruiting. This webinar will help attendees understand the trends of advanced credentials in the financial services industry. During this session, we will explore:
- Which credentials firms are asking for
- How credentials impact compensation and advancement opportunities
- How to leverage credentials early in your career
- Compelling data and research findings regarding women and credentials
IMR specifically gets asked to find women with their CFA charter, CFP designation, or both. We’ll be reviewing a study of the percentages of women seeking advanced credentials, discussing the results, and considering the path forward for women in the industry.
