Jerilyn McAniff | Ms. McAniff is a managing director and Oaktree’s Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Previously, she served as the co-head of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Council for five years. Ms. McAniff first joined Oaktree’s U.S. High Yield Bond group in 2008 and worked on the High Yield team until 2021 as a senior analyst. In addition to serving a term as Co-Director of Research, she covered issuers in the specialty retail, apparel, consumer products, autos, lodging and leisure, building materials and business services sectors. Before Oaktree, Ms. McAniff was with The Circinus Group, an advisory and executive training firm, where she developed curricula and led M&A, valuation and corporate finance training programs for investment banks and asset management firms and co-authored The Practitioner’s Guide to Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance. Prior thereto, Ms. McAniff worked at J.P. Morgan within the Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions group. She serves as a director of Hope Street Friends and on the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access (IDEA) Committee of the board of the Los Angeles Master Chorale. Ms. McAniff received a B.S. degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Back To Top ^^
