A CFALA & CAIA Sponsored Event

It’s no secret that most hedge fund strategies have underwhelmed investors during the long economic cycle since the Great Financial Crisis, leading to more than $100b in net outflows since the start of 2018. However, with an inverted yield curve, numerous leading indicators slowing down or rolling over, and no end in sight for the trade war, is it finally time to shine for hedge funds? Come out to our Hedge Fund Symposium to hear industry thought leaders answer this question and more:
  • Return expectations for hedge funds in a low rate environment
  • Differentiation between strategy and vehicle type (private vs interval)
  • How institutional investors are currently allocating to hedge funds
  • Regulatory scrutiny unique to hedge funds
