What could be better than spending part of the evening with your fellow CFALA members, enjoying gourmet appetizers paired with wines from around the world!

Your host for the event will be Gourmet Wine Getaways’ wine expert Peter D. Kerr. Today, there are many people walking this planet that have a lot of wine knowledge in their head. But, it can safely be said that there are few wine experts who can make everyone feel more at home at a wine event than Peter. His low-key, non-intimidating style allows event attendees to relax, enjoy and learn. Peter will be discussing the wines, the art of wine and food pairing and will answer any and all wine-related questions.

Appetizers have been prepared by the culinary team of Tin Roof Bistro, a Manhattan Beach “wine country hangout” for nearly 20 years. Each of the appetizers is chosen to pair well with at least one of the 5 wines to be tasted. We also encourage you to be adventurous and experiment with other pairings as well so we can discuss what works and what doesn’t (and why).

This is a members only event. Advance reservations are required, as space is limited.

Cancellations
After October 13th, purchases may not be altered and become non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing by 9:00 am on October 13th to receive a refund. No phone cancellations are accepted. Please fax to the CFALA office at (213) 613-1233 or e-mail info@cfala.org. Since tickets must be purchased prior to the event, “no-shows” will be billed the full price of tickets (registration prices seen on event page are discounted to real price of tickets).
