CFALA Universal Studios Trip
A Social Committee Sponsored Event
Come enjoy a Saturday with CFALA at Universal Studios Hollywood. A great time to bring your family to an event full of fun, excitement and networking. CFALA will meet in front of the Universal Studios Hollywood Globe at the front of the park entrance at 9:00am, at the end of the city walk. We will enter the park together than meet at a specified restaurant (TBD) at 12pm in the park to eat together before we take off to enjoy the remainder of the park.
Registration will close on May 25th. If you are bringing a guest(s), please list the guest's name(s) in the comment section of the registration form. Attendance will be capped at 30 guests (CFALA members and non-member guests).

Prices include one Universal Studios Hollywood ticket and a $15 meal voucher for each person in the group. Sales tax also included. Parking not included.

After May 25th, purchases may not be altered and become non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing by 9:00 am on May 25th to receive a refund. No phone cancellations are accepted. Please fax to the CFALA office at (213) 613-1233 or e-mail email@example.com. Since tickets must be purchased one week prior to the event, “no-shows” will be billed the full price of tickets (registration prices seen on event page are discounted to real price of tickets).
