Paul Didier  | Paul Didier has been President and CEO of United Way of Santa Barbara County since 1975. A Certified Financial Planner, a UCSB and Harvard MBA graduate, and a former real estate broker and syndicator with his own firm, he has applied for-profit, market driven innovations to United Way and other non-profit organizations.

Over his 42 years working with United Way and dozens of nonprofit partner agencies, Paul Didier has seen United Way and the Santa Barbara community adapt to a lot of changes. Join Paul Didier as he reviews some of these trends and their implications within Santa Barbara County, as well as a few of the strategies United Way of Santa Barbara County has employed to adapt to these changes and continue providing vital education, financial stability, and health services to thousands of Santa Barbara County residents each year.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing by 9:00 am the day prior to the event to receive a refund. No phone cancellations are accepted. Member “no-shows” will be billed the difference between the member fee and the non-member fee for the event which is posted on the CFALA website.
