THE EVENT
PORTFOLIO 2026 is CFA Society Los Angeles’ signature all-day immersive experience designed for the local and broader investment community. As markets navigate geopolitical fragmentation, shifting trade protections, and a critical post-midterm market outlook, traditional asset allocation frameworks are being completely redefined. Highlighting this year's program is a brand-new, comprehensive AI Track designed to explore the profound impact of artificial intelligence across the entire investment lifecycle. This dedicated track will dive into the physical infrastructure of data centers, cutting-edge investment tools, and the critical ethical implications shaping the future of finance. Attendees will gain direct access to local and global thought leaders discussing the macroeconomic forces and industrial policies structurally altering global capital flows.
Covering both traditional and alternative asset classes, PORTFOLIO 2026 explores the strategic active-versus-passive management choices that shape portfolios and the innovative vehicles allocators use to navigate them. Sessions will dive into the underwriting standards of hybrid public-private funds, institutional pathways for digital asset tokenization, and the supply chain pressures redefining natural resources and commodity markets. Join your peers for a day of deep insights, forward-looking dialogue, and unparalleled networking. PORTFOLIO is where Southern California’s investment professionals come to challenge perspectives, connect ideas, and lead the future of finance.
