James Lewis, CFA, CIPM, | is a Managing Director at TCW Group. Prior to joining TCW in 1999, Mr. Lewis was a Quantitative Analyst for Loomis, Sayles & Company. Mr. Lewis received a BS in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA® charterholder, CIPM® certificant, and member of the CFA Institute. He is a past President of CFA Society of Los Angeles.

Deanna Adams, CFA | Deanna M. Adams, CFA currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Quincy Cass Associates, Inc. (a registered broker/dealer) and their wholly owned subsidiary, QCA Capital Management, Inc. (a registered investment advisor). Her responsibilities include investment policy, investment allocations and recommendations on short-term and long-term asset allocations as well as management of client relationships.

Deanna joined Quincy Cass Associates as their Chief Investment Officer in 2022. She has been in the investment industry for close to 20 years having worked around the globe with financial firms both big and small and in a variety of positions. Prior to joining Quincy Cass, Deanna worked at Ballina Capital in Manhattan Beach, CA, where she served as their Chief Client Officer. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2018, Deanna lived in Singapore (2008-2018) first working as a Vice President in Institutional Sales at Credit Suisse where she was responsible for setting up the Singapore-based specialist sales unit for Credit Suisse’s proprietary HOLT equity relative valuation product and then as Regional Director at STOXX Ltd. (founded as a Deutsche Börse subsidiary, now part of Qontigo) where she established the regional South East Asia and Australia presence. Prior to Singapore, Deanna lived in Sydney, Australia (2002-2008) where her financial sector experience included founding roles in the launch of two global macro hedge funds as well as equity research at Macquarie Securities where she was a writing analyst on the industry-ranked consumer and health care teams. Deanna holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario as well as a BSc from McGill University. As well as being a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, Deanna is also a very active member of the Women in Institutional Investments Network (WIIIN), the 100 Women in Finance network as well as the Women in ETFs (WE) organization.

Manish Ghayalod, CFA | Mr. Ghayalod is the Global Chief Technology Officer for TCW. As the senior-most technology executive at TCW, he is responsible for leading TCW’s enterprise information technology organization and strategy to meet the ever-expanding requirements of the Firm’s investment teams and clients. Prior to joining TCW in 2021, Mr. Ghayalod was Senior Managing Director and Head of Investments Technology for Schwab Asset Management Solutions, where his portfolio included ‘40 Act funds and managed accounts, cumulatively representing approximately $600 billion assets under management (AUM). He also led the technology organization supporting Schwab’s Center of Financial Research. Previously, he was the Global Head of Portfolio Management and Executive Director for Multi-Asset Solutions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he delivered a scalable multi-asset portfolio management platform, supporting a significant growth in AUM. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Manager for Credit Risk Technology and Private Wealth Management and served in various capacities for the New York Stock Exchange and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Ghayalod earned his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and his MS in Computer Science from the University of Florida. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Sidi Zhao, CFA | Sidi has almost 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. She works closely with advisors and portfolio managers to manage portfolios and trading activities across various strategies and asset classes.

Sidi began her career at Aequitas Wealth Management as a back-office associate. Shen then joined Miracle Mile Advisors where she moved from client service associate to trader.

Sidi holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
