Peter Stutz has over 25 years of institutional investment industry experience as a fixed income analyst, trader, and portfolio manager. He was most recently a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Guggenheim Partners in Santa Monica, CA, At Guggenheim he was responsible for the management of a variety of insurance company fixed income portfolios. He has also been a part of the firm’s Portfolio Construction Group where he was responsible for creating model portfolios for the firm’s core fixed income, multi-credit, multi-asset, and insurance strategies. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Stutz was a Portfolio Manager at Western Asset Management where he was part of the generalist fixed income portfolio management team as well as a member of the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee. Mr. Stutz specialized in global interest rate and derivative strategies and was responsible for U.S. inflation-linked bond portfolios.
Mr. Stutz received his BS in computer science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and received the CFA® designation in 1996. Mr. Stutz is an instructor at Level II in the USC/CFALA CFA Review Program.

Pamela is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Refresh Investments, a financial advisory firm dedicated to helping women and families manage their wealth. Her professional career spans over 30 years as a CPA and CFA Charterholder and includes Senior Portfolio Manager positions at Northern Trust and U.S. Trust where she managed assets for institutions and high-net-worth clients. Prior experience includes SSI Investment Management, as a Portfolio Manager of a long-short market neutral fund, as well as an Equity Analyst at Financial Management Advisors. Ms. Chen earned an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University as well as a BS in Kinesiology from UCLA. She is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Albina is a Portfolio Manager with the Private Asset Management group at TIAA Trust, N.A. (“TIAA Trust”). She is responsible for designing and managing customized investment portfolios to help pursue the financial objectives of high net- worth clients.
Albina has over 15 years of financial industry experience. Prior to joining TIAA Trust, Albina was an Investment Manager with Wells Fargo where she was responsible for managing trusts, endowments, and foundations. Previously Albina worked at TD Securities in NYC as a sales trader on the institutional fixed income sell side working with pension funds and international sovereign funds, and as a researcher for a chief economist and strategist. Albina started her career at Goldman Sachs in NYC on their fixed income trading desk.
Albina has an MBA from Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate B.B.A. in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Bernard Baruch College in NYC where she graduated magna cum laude. Albina holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA® Society of Los Angeles, CAIA® from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, and the ESG designation from the CFA institute.

Alexander is an Associate with the Investment Strategy Group at Bel Air Investment Advisors. He joined Bel Air in 2017 and is integral in all aspects of the research process, including but not limited to public and private fund due diligence, portfolio performance and risk analytics, asset allocation, and economic and capital market outlooks. Prior to joining Bel Air, Alexander was a Summer Account Management Analyst at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company where he helped create optimal portfolio asset allocation models for institutional clients. Alexander holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He graduated cum laude and attained his dual Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his time at UCLA, Alexander was a member of the Simon Fellows program, an innovative subset of the Sharpe Fellows program that connects students with top investment management firms. His hobbies include playing the piano and guitar, reading, and working out.

Jessica Oliveira is the Finance & Economy Senior Community Manager at LinkedIn. In her role, she advises leading C-Suite Execs, Founders, Financial Analysts, Economists, and Finance Professionals on how to grow their audiences, expand their reach and establish their thought leadership through content on LinkedIn. She was born and raised in Marin County and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Didier Acevedo is an investment officer at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA), covering venture capital, growth equity, co-investment and secondary private equity strategies. Previously, he worked in private markets at GCM Grosvenor. Prior to that, he was in the equity research at MFS Investment Management. Didier holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in finance from Stonehill College as well as a CFA Charter and CAIA designation. Didier is also a Robert Toigo alumnus.

Olivian is a relationship director at Avantis Investors®, where he supports advisors in California with investment decisions, analytics, growth initiatives, and client messaging resources. Prior to joining Avantis Investors, Olivian served as lead advisor at Dowling & Yahnke, where he was also a voting member of the Investment Committee. Olivian earned an engineering degree from Transilvania University of Brasov in Romania, a master of science degree from LSU in Baton Rouge, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally he is a CFA charterholder and holds the CFP® and AIFA® credentials. In his free time he enjoys pickleball and is always up for a game.

Stephanie was most recently Director, Research and Business Development at Nile Capital Group where she was responsible for working with current and potential Limited Partners and for sourcing and conducting diligence on new investment ideas. Prior to joining Nile, she was a Director of Institutional Business Development at Causeway Capital Management, where she was responsible for building new client relationships with institutional clients across the US and Canada. Previously, she was a Director of Emerging Market Credit Sales at Standard Chartered Bank and a Vice President of Credit Sales at Credit Suisse. Stephanie began her career at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group. She received her BS from Stanford University, her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, is a CFA charterholder, a CAIA charterholder, a member of the Investment Advisory Council for the Junior League of Los Angeles, and the Programming Committee for Women In Institutional Investing (WIIIN).
