Jay A. Richardson, CFA, CFP has fifteen years of private wealth and institutional investment management experience. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2004, Jay managed investments for wealthy clients as Senior Portfolio Manager at the Private Bank of Bank of America. In addition, Jay co-managed $10 billion in fixed income investments for institutional clients at Payden & Rygel Investment Counsel in Los Angeles. Mr. Richardson began his career as an institutional pension and investment consultant at Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, California. Jay has an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Houston Cullen School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.
