Marc Asbra, CFA, has specialized in the valuation of businesses, securities and intangible assets for tax and financial reporting (TFR) purposes for the past 15 years. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Asbra was a senior manager in the Los Angeles office of Ernst & Young’s corporate finance practice. Mr. Asbra graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in business administration. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is licensed with FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
