The CFALA Career Development Committee would like to invite you to attend our next Happy Hour chat. The Happy Hour chat events are good for networking and refining your skill set to help you reach the next level in your Career. Each Happy Hour chat features a short presentation to discuss the topic of the event and a mingling session for you to socialize with your peers and the presenters. Appetizers will be provided along with one drink per attendee.
Speaker:
A Vice President with Wilshire Associates, Erik Einertson, CFA, is a senior member of Wilshire Funds Management’s client relationship management team specializing in Hedge Fund and Hedge Fund related products. Erik brings more 14 years of professional experience and over seven years of investment management experience.
Prior to joining Wilshire in 2010, Mr. Einertson worked for First Quadrant, a firm specializing in tactical asset allocation and currency management. Before joining the industry, Erik worked in Washington, DC as a Legislative Director and Senior Policy Advisor for a Member of Congress specializing in Budget and Tax issues. Mr. Einertson earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Einertson is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, the CFA Institute, and a member of the CAIA Association. In addition, he is the head of the CFA Society of Los Angeles’s Alternative Investments Community of Interest.
